SPIRIT OF THE SUWANNEE MUSIC PARK, LIVE OAK, FLA - The fabulous Mercy Mountain Boys and the rockin’ Roadhouse Live Band will be shaking the rafters at the Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park this weekend, May 8 and 9.
If you are a gospel or bluegrass fan, you already know the Mercy Mountain Boys. You can hear them on area gospel and bluegrass music radio stations every day in North Florida. They have played a number of Sunday afternoon concerts at the SOSMP in the last year, including many other venues all over the South. They’re an award winning group who never fail to please their adoring fans and that’s sure to be the case Friday, May 8, when they pack out the Music Hall.
Roadhouse Live, an exciting band from Branford, Fla that has caught fire over the last year in the North Florida world of music, plays everything from rock n roll to country and plays it extremely well. They just recently played the Suwannee River Jam on the 1st Street Music Stage and have developed a big following from their dates at the SOSMP. Put on those dancing shoes - you are surely going to want to dance! Don’t be late May 9 for this group!
Doors open at 6 p.m., shows begin at 7 p.m. in the Music Hall each night. Friday night admission is free, Saturday night it’s $10 per person.
As always, the SOS Café and Restaurant will have available at regular prices delicious food items and beverages from the menu during these performances. Bring your sweetie out for a wonderful evening or weekend!
